Sprite Kitchen Studio turns short videos into clean animation assets for 2D games. Import a clip, remove a solid background, review every frame and export transparent PNGs, an animated GIF or a GameMaker-ready sprite sheet.

Everything runs locally on your Windows PC. Your footage never needs to leave your machine.

A FOCUSED FIVE-STEP WORKFLOW

1. Import a short video and trim it to the action you need.

2. Remove the background with automatic chroma key controls.

3. Review the frames and remove anything that should not be exported.

4. Preview the animation before committing to an export.

5. Export PNG frames, an animated GIF or a sprite sheet ready for GameMaker.
